Summary

The Plant Machinery Service Division has offered a wide range of service activities such as a repair, maintenance, parts supply, improvement proposals for full range of plant machineries, listed below, provided by MES. We are preparing a guarantee system that can adapt to changing requirements to ensure the complete satisfaction of our customers.

Inspection and Repair

Inspection of unusual and accident survey: We inspect the machine for defects and take counter measures based the past records and current conditions.

Rest lifetime evaluation: We estimate the rest lifetime evaluation from every angle and propose the suitable measures (FEM analysis etc.).

Modernization and Energy Saving

We provide information for customers' machinery at any time. Some examples of improvements we have offered follows:

- Governor retrofit of turbine
To prevent the mechanical governor from trouble from degraded parts, we recommend changing to the digital governor MAG (Mitsui Advanced Governor), which was newly developed by MES.

- Reciprocating compressor energy saving
We recommend the installation of a stepless unloader that enables the adjustment of flow freely and reduce waste of power.

Engineering

We provide solutions for maintenance problems of design, production, installation, operation and delivery with a full warranty.
