Who we are
MES Technoservice Makina İnşaat Lojistik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (MTA-registered in Turkey) was established in Ankara, by investments of Bakonser Bakım Onarım Servis Makina San. ve Tic. A.Ş. (BKN-registered in Turkey), Plant Maintenance Corporation (PMC-registered in Japan) and Mitsui Engineering & Shipbuilding Co.Ltd. (MES-registered in Japan) for the purposes of strengthening of the new machinery sales and after-sales services and acting as point of contact for all MES business in Turkey.
MTA also provides extensive range of Japanese made plant equipments and spare parts other than MES products.

What we do
1. Maintenance, up-grading and lifecycle solution services for Turbine, Compressor, Blast Furnace Blower, Cranes,Induction Heaters and so on.
2. Spare parts and materials supply of all above products.
3. Technical services such as Overhauling, Repair, Refurbishment and dispatch of supervisor of all above products.
4. Carry out all supporting activities for new machinery sales of Rotating Equipment, Cranes and Induction Heaters.

MES EPC headquarter has done the EPC work for 3 plants of Petkim as Ethylene, HDPE and PP. Petkim has one centrifugal compressor made and delivered by MES in its Ethylene unit. MTA is providing after sales support and spare parts for Petkim in any inquiries as inspection, troubleshooting etc. -
First delivery record of the reciprocating compressor in 1991 to present, TÜPRAŞ has more than 40 MES made compressors. These compressors are working in the most important processes of the refinery as hydrocracking, DHP-CCR etc. From 100 kW to 10 mW, 1 stage to 6 stages, 10 bars to 200 bars MES compressors are working with good efficiency and high reliability. MTA is providing after sales support and spare parts for TÜPRAŞ in any inquiries as supervisor dispatching, inspection, troubleshooting etc. -
Erdemir has blast furnace turboblower (axial compressor) made by MES. MTA is providing after sales support and spare parts for Erdemir in any inquiries as inspection, troubleshooting etc. -
Yılport Gebze Container Terminal and Yılport Gemlik Container Terminal have all of their cranes made by Mitui Engineering and Shipbuilding. Yılport has more than 30 RTG cranes and 10 QC cranes. Yılport Gemlik is waiting for 6 new RTG arrivals also within 2017. MTA is providing after sales support and spare parts for Yılport in any inquiries as inspection, troubleshooting etc. -
ORS Rulman has induction heaters manufactured by MES Power Electronics division. MTA is providing after sales support and spare parts for ORS Rulman in any inquiries. -
Star Refinery is the second petroleum refinery of Turkey other than Tüpraş, currently on construction and planned to start production in 2018. Star has 18 units of MES made reciprocating compressors. STAR has chosen to have only MES branded compressors in their refinery due to its high reliability and good economy. MTA is currently helping the erection of compressors and will continue to help after the comissioning stages via after sales service and spare parts supply.
