First delivery record of the MES reciprocating compressor was in 1991, in present TÜPRAŞ has more than 40 MES made compressors. These compressors operate in the most important processes of the refineries such as hydrocracking, DHP-CCR etc.
From 100 kW to 10 mW, 1 stage to 6 stages, 10 bars to 200 bars MES compressors are operating with good efficiency and high reliability.
MTA is providing new machinery sales, after sales and spare parts support for TÜPRAŞ including supervisor dispatch, inspection, troubleshooting.
Petkim Petrokimya Holding A.Ş.
MES EPC department has carried out the EPC work for 3 plants ( Ethylene, HDPE and PP) of Petkim. Petkim has one centrifugal compressor made and delivered by MES in its Ethylene unit. MTA is providing after sales support and spare parts for Petkim.
Erdemir Demir Çelik A.Ş.
Erdemir has a blast furnace turboblower (axial compressor) manufactured by MES. MTA is providing after sales support and spare parts for Erdemir not only for MES compressors but also for many Japanese made products.
Yılport Holding A.Ş.
All QC and RTG cranes in Yılport Gebze Container Terminal and Yılport Gemlik Container Terminals were manufactured by Mitsui Engineering and Shipbuilding. Yılport has 21 RTG cranes and 8 QC cranes, Gemport has 9 RTG cranes and 4 QC cranes. 6 more new RTGs will be delivered to Yılport Gemlik within 2017. MTA is providing after sales support and spare parts for Yılport.
Ortadoğu Rulman Sanayi ve Tic. A.Ş.
All of 5 induction heaters in ORS Rulman plant were manufactured by MES Power Electronics Company. MTA is providing after sales support and spare parts for ORS Rulman.
Socar Türkiye Ege Rafinerisi (Star Rafinerisi)
Star Refinery is the biggest foreign investment in recent years in Turkey. The plant has 18 units of MES made reciprocating compressors. STAR has chosen to have only MES branded compressors in their refinery due to its high reliability and reasonable prices. MTA is currently supporting the installation of compressors and will continue the support after the comissioning stages via after sales services and spare parts supply.
